5 Easy Healthy Cookie Recipes (NO SUGAR)

Easy Healthy Cookie Recipes No Sugar

Answer this: Do you really believe that easy healthy cookie recipes DO EXIST?

Well, if you were like me up until a week ago, probably the answer is NO!!

But let’s face it…

Cookies are irresistible. They are delicious and they fit well in almost every occasion (like at breakfast, as snacks and even as dessert after a meal).

Still, there one problem… They are extremely UNHEALTHY (usually).

They are high in refined carbs and also high in sugar. This alone can totally destroy any of your dieting effort. Not to mention this is bad for your health too.

So how can we enjoy them this way?

Gooey chocolate is my bane though -and if it can be incorporated into a gluten-free recipe, then it’s gonna happen.

FROM THE AUTHOR: All you need for them are bananas, oats and chocolate chips or chunks, if you prefer them.

I love simple ingredients and recipes that are so easy, you can hardly call them a recipe (just like the Banana Pancakes I posted about last week).

But here you go, enjoy my Banana Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies.

If you want your oats a bit finer, just put them in a blender or food processor and pulse them a few times!
